GENERAL POLICY FOR CONCRETE SPACER DISTRIBUTORS

Preca Joint Stock Company was established on November 6, 2019, with the goal of providing Vietnam’s construction market with precast concrete products such as concrete spacers, and in the long term, structural components manufactured in factories to ensure optimal efficiency and quality for large-scale projects.

Preca has a major advantage through its technical cooperation with BestMix Joint Stock Company, Vietnam’s leading enterprise in construction chemical additives. This partnership provides Preca with a stable supply of standardized raw materials and advanced production technology.

At Preca, we believe that people are the most important factor in achieving success. Preca has been built on the experience and guidance of our senior partner BestMix, combined with the enthusiasm and youthful energy of our team, to deliver the highest quality products and solutions for concrete spacers in construction projects. In addition, with support from our flexible store and warehouse system, we are able to meet the tight schedules of large-scale projects. Our products can also be custom-designed for specific project requirements and meet the strictest technical standards, such as high-strength concrete and lightweight concrete.

To expand our market and deliver high-quality products to end users, Preca develops its distribution network and supports its agents based on the following transparent principles:


I. Principles of Sustainable Partnership

  • Preca shares opportunities, business benefits, and ensures long-term, sustainable cooperation with distributors.

  • Provide care and support to distributors to enhance business efficiency.

  • Protect distributors’ customers, ensuring fairness across the entire distribution system.

  • Work together with distributors to expand the market and distribution channels, delivering high-quality products at reasonable prices for construction projects.


II. Pricing & Discount Policy for Concrete Spacer Distributors

  • Preca provides a price list including retail prices and discount percentages for distributors. Retail prices in the price list and on the website are exclusive of 10% VAT.

  • Preca applies cumulative discounts based on the total quantity of products purchased by distributors within a month.

  • The company is committed to supplying products to distributors at the official prices listed in the price list.

  • Preca will regularly review and offer better incentives to distributors who place frequent orders.


III. Contracts & Payment Terms

  • After both parties sign the contract, distributors must make full payment (100%) of the order value before delivery.

  • Based on cooperation results and payment history, distributors may be eligible for improved credit and payment terms.


IV. Distributor Support

Marketing Support:

  • Distributors will be provided with catalogues, brochures, and product images for use on their websites.

  • Distributor information will be updated on Preca’s official website and fanpage.

  • Distributors will receive updates on pricing, product information, policies, marketing programs, and sales materials.

  • The company will support product displays (shelves, signboards, banners, etc.) for specific cases. Please contact us for more details.

  • Preca will refer customers located near the distributor’s area.

  • Distributors will receive formal training on sales knowledge.

  • For bidding and project participation, Preca will provide consultancy and technical support upon request.

Product Support:

  • Distributors may exchange products if defects are confirmed to be from the manufacturer. In case replacement products are unavailable, Preca will provide maximum support to resolve the issue.

  • The company supports direct delivery to the distributor’s customers and takes full responsibility for product quality during transportation from Preca’s warehouse to the distributor’s delivery point.


V. Requirements for Concrete Spacer Distributors

  • Distributors are expected to actively build their sales networks, expand markets, and distribute products through professional and healthy business practices.

  • Distributors who expand to new branches/locations will receive maximum support from Preca. Distributors must submit development plans and proposed locations to Preca, which will be protected across the system to avoid unhealthy competition between distributors.

  • Distributors must proactively create business plans, customer development strategies, and approaches to bring products to end users in their assigned areas.

  • If distributors register a new development area but fail to start sales activities within 3–6 months, Preca reserves the right to transfer that area to the next registered distributor.

  • Distributors must cooperate with Preca during promotional or advertising campaigns at their points of sale.

  • Exclusive distributors may not sell similar products from other brands or products without clear origin.

  • Distributors are allowed to determine their own selling prices, provided they remain reasonable within their managed area.
